Mr. Yves Gagnon has been active for almost 30 years in the Abitibi regional industry. Through the years, he has held various positions allowing him to gain a multi-faceted experience in engineering geology (mines / exploration), project management (real estate / industrial), and the environment sector (industrial / mining). Mr. Gagnon was until recently, vice-president of Metanor Resources Inc. (exploration, development and mining of gold deposits on the Bachelor and Barry properties) as well as vice-president of Abcourt Mines Inc. (development of the Barraute zinc-silver deposit).

While he supervises the work carried out on the Quebec properties, his international expertise, mainly in Ecuador, will also help C2C with the optimization of Bella Rica operations.

Louis Lessard

Louis Lessard has been the administrator the Centre Financier de la Cité Inc., a private management company, since October 2003. He was President and administrator of another private management company, LBJ Partenaires Inc., from 2000 to 2007. He is the administrator of several public corporations listed on the TSX. Louis Lessard holds a Bachelor's degree in administration with a minor in insurance. He also has a degree in law.

Mr Claude St-Hilaire is a lawyer and member of the Québec Bar since 1984. He is a partner of Quessy, Henri, St-Hilaire and practices mainly in civil and commercial law. He served as director within La Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Québec and Les Diabétiques de Québec. He was director of Plexmar Resources Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Jean St-Hilaire has been President of Devinco Groupe Conseil Inc. since March 2007. With a B.S. in civil engineering, a Master’s Degree in project management and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, he has supervised several large construction projects, mainly in the Québec City region. He is a director and outgoing President of the Association provinciale des constructeurs d’habitation du Québec – Québec City region (APCHQ). He served as the Québec City Regional President for two years before joining the Executive Committee and finally becoming the province-wide President.

For several years, Mr. Richard Provencher practiced securities law for an important clientele of mining exploration companies. These recent years, he has adapted his securities practice to the needs of businesses in the "new economy".

Mr. Provencher is also managing private venture capital funds; he advises businesses in their search of financing and assists in the planning and preparation of their entry on the stock market, whether through à first public offering, a start-up capital firm or a reverse takeover.
