A company in full growth, C2C Inc. Gold Corporation Inc. mines and explores gold deposits in southwest Ecuador as well as certain promising areas of Quebec.

In March of 2008, C2C Gold Corporation Inc. has signed final agreements with Mr. David Andrès Machuca Granda for the
acquisition of a 50% interest in the Paraiso-Pambil mine located in Ecuador. The Paraiso-Pambil mine, property of Mr. Machuca, generated 25 000 ounces of gold per year since 1983 at an average mill grade of 43 g/t. C2C will increase its extraction and recovery capacity with planned investments. C2C also intends to implement an intensive drilling program at the Paraiso-Pambil mine in order to increase the resources yielded. C2C is also pleased to announce that both parties have mutually agreed to a right of first refusal on all mining properties located in Ecuador that they currently or eventually will possess.

C2C is actively pursuing development and exploration projects in northern Quebec, in James Bay (Sarcelle, Lac Casey, Lac Lloyd and Eastmain Dam properties) and Val D’Or (New Bidlamaque, Blackcliff and Fournière properties).

C2C intends to continue its growth through sound choices in partnerships, property acquisitions and project developments in America, in order to become an important intermediate gold producer. The company relies on a solid management team with extensive mining experience and a rigorous financial policy.

This opening on the world is a reflection of the vision of C2C to project itself at the international level, where opportunities are most advantageous and best protected.
